Leankeep - Building maintenance software for condominiums, hotels, hospitals and the like.
In February 2007, Casa Villar was hired by Seccional Informática to develop the new version of the TPMOC software, a building maintenance control software based on PMOC (Maintenance, Operation and Control Plan). Using code generation through the Ironspeed Designer tool (ASP.NET web application generator and SQL Server database) we were able to develop the first version of the new software in less than 1 year with a team of only 2 developers.
In March 2009 we started a new migration and redesign project of the TPMOC software. The project included the migration of the software to the most current version of IronSpeed, structural change of software processes, and new layout. With the new project the company Seccional Informática also changed the name of the software to Leankeep (Light Maintenance), debuting the new brand.
In January 2011 we started the project of an embedded version for Windows mobile smartphones with data synchronization. At the end of 6 months we deliver the first version for homologation.
In June 2013 we started the project of a new mobile version for android, with data synchronization, using the xamarin development platform. The first version of the app was deployed in early 2014.
In October 2014 we started the project of a new version of the web system with redesign of the layout of all screens and updating the framework to the latest version of the ASP.NET platform.
The first version of the new web system was deployed in July 2015 and is currently in full swing being the main version of the Leankeep software.
In January 2018 we started the project of a new mobile version for android and iOS that besides working offline also included online access, using the new version of the xamarin platform that enables the development of hybrid apps. This version is currently in full swing as the mobile version for android and iOS of the Leankeep software.
Casa Villar continues to assist Leankeep’s IT team in the maintenance and evolution of the software in the following versions:
- Web – Main version of the software for desktops, notebooks and tablets.
- Mobile – Mobile version for Android and iOS platforms with online and offline modes;
With an experienced team allied to ASP.NET and Xamarin technology, Casa Villar can assist in the maintenance and evolution of Leankeep software with a reduced number of resources.
